What to Expect From Parent & Family Counselling

Every family is different. That’s why sessions might involve:

  • Parent-only counselling for clarity and support

  • Parent–child sessions to practice communication tools together

  • Or a combination depending on your goals

Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be held in-person in Calgary or virtually across Alberta. We start with a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about your needs and recommend the best next step.
